I have invented a new recipe for ice cream which is dairy free, nutritious and easy to make, and which doesn't contain soya or some of the bizarre ingredients in Swedish Glace et al.

1 avocado
2 bananas
Handful of strawberries
Desertspoon of honey
Splash of soya or rice milk if you like

Liquidise and freeze in ice lolly moulds or in small portions. It tastes really creamy and is genuinely tasty.

Ta da!

You're welcome. I was originally trying to find a way of getting avocado into DS as he hates it but could do with eating it as he is pretty skinny, but it morphed into this. I heart dairy but I still like this, so I thought it must be good. Hope your DC like it.
