Yumm....

I cook a lot of Japanese food, me and dp love it!

When I lived in Australia, they served udon noodle soup as takeaway, with this orange flakey japanese pepper on it - do they sell it in your supermarket?

I went in one in Manchester and they basically told me it didn't exist. But I want to know what it was!

I've got 2 Japanese cookery books and they have some delicious recipes in them - I've decided to blow the dust off them and have a go!
