do you think I can make white sauce with strong white flour?

I know it's really meant to be plain flour, do you think bread flour will make a difference?

I think it would be OK - you don't use much after all.

oh cool, thanks. I'm going to make a tiny bit for a fish pie for ds but I thought it might go horrible as I've only got strong white flour in at the moment.
