Ideas for quick and easy "nibbles" - for girlie night please.

Got friends coming round for chat, drinks and nibbles (could end in drunken karaoke/drunken Wii playing etc etc )
Just need some simple and quick ideas for nibbles please.
Haven't got much time - they are coming round at 7pm and I haven't been shopping yet! (Sparkler remind self not to panic!)
I'm going to make a punch bowl of Pimms with all the trimmings. Going to get the chocolate fountain going, at request of one friend, with strawberries and marshmallows, a couple of tubes of Pringles and that's it so far . I'm not very creative in the kitchen but want things to look impressive.
HELP!!

breadsticks and dip, salad bowl, wee cold chipolatas always go down a treat

couple of different dips - humous, creamy, salsa, etc - and lots of things to dip in. Breadsticks, veg sticks, crisps.

Olives, feta, cashew nuts (or M&S smoked almonds, mmmm!)

Or for something with a bit more (not a lot) preparation... small crackers things with goats cheese and small piece of roasted pepper (from a jar such as sacla).
