One different recipe a week - ideas

I’m trying to incorporate at least one new recipe a week to make a change from the old favourites (although of course they still have a place). This is for everyday meals rather than special occasions.
We enjoyed Mary Berry’s fragrant tray bake last week.
i thought it might be fun and helpful to see if anyone was up for sharing new (to them) recipes to help with our meal planning.

I like the sound of that @Flannelfeet, thank you. I’ve never made or even eaten sloppy joes - I will now and make extra so I can try the pasta dish too - thanks !

I made this recently - divided the stew into two pots, one for pork sausages, one for vegetarian sausages. It was very good and also dead easy.

There's something delightfully simple about this, and it tastes fab so I make it regularly. Kale, tomato and lemon zest one-pot spaghetti – Recipes – Anna Jones https://share.google/mv4xmP6eTIITcNC3j
