I'm trying to expand my soup and casserole repertoire. Can anyone suggest any brands of alcohol (or non-alcoholic equivalents) that I can use when cooking, but which don't contain either gluten or sulphites?
Bonus points if you can get it from Tesco or Waitrose (I suspect the latter is more likely).
