Fresh fish delivery recommendations

Hi all
I've been getting fortnightly fresh fish deliveries for a while now. Sadly, it seems the company I was buying from has dissolved.
Can anyone recommend anywhere that delivers fresh fish within the UK?

OP, just fish or seafood generally?

Given the choice we'd be voracious fish eaters, but I've never managed to make the economics of online buying/delivery stack up.

Someone recommended The Fish Society to me a while ago and when I saw that they wanted £27.90 for one 240g red mullet my arse caved in so fast I had to go check I hadn't soiled myself. That's over £116 a kilo for something that costs one tenth of that in Spain or Portugal. No thanks. They do offer free delivery for orders over £70, which shouldn't be too hard at those prices.

What I do instead is visit a wholesaler near where my MIL lives and stock up every couple of months or whenever I can bear to drag myself up there.

This is the company I was using but seems they have stopped business.

It is wiorth checking if you have a local fishvan. I didn't realise we have one who stops at the end of our street once a week until I started WFH.

My friend tried from there and said not as good as Fish Box 😢

I used to order from Pesky Fish - and that was always quite exciting. (I’m away from home but will start again once returned.)

My parents use this fishmongers - they're a Cornish fishmongers who also sell online. Welcome to Fresh Cornish Fish | Fresh Cornish Fish

I've just had a look at their website. On their page "Fish High in Omega 3" they list things like cod, sea bass, monkfisk and plaice - NONE of which are regarded as high in Omega-3.

Fish is fish, for sure, but I'd be reluctant to support a business which tells blatant lies in its marketing efforts.

It's not some evil corporation, just a local fishmonger called Craig. I recommended it more for the excellent fish bought freshly off the Cornish boats and then delivered speedily nationwide rather than his in-depth knowledge of Omega 3...

@LoyalGoldMentor that’s interesting regarding Fish Box going out of business. I always meant to try them. Here’s another place based in Peterhead https://www.amityfish.co.uk/

Bet they do great shark steaks!

Ooh thank you
I'll take a look! I liked the excitement of not knowing what I was going to get!
