Ideas for using up smoked tofu beyond stir fry

Smoked tofu. I've recently bought a large pack and had stir-fry twice in a row. Any ideas for the rest of it? I've googled but nothing has caught my eye.

We often use smoked tofu as a replacement for smoked fish in a kedgeree.

I used it in kedgeree as a replacement for smoked haddock.

Crumble it up and have it instead of scrambled egg

There are various recipes online where you can make it crispy so you could have it in a sweet and sour sauce or just with a salad or something.

I just cook it in the air fryer (in chunks or sticks) and dip into hummus or similar!

I slice mine, marinate (soy, maple, paprika, tomato paste, salt and pepper) and then grill - its a 'vegan bacon' recipe i found online and lovely in a 'bacon' sandwhich

Smoked tofu goulash - the smoky flavour goes really well with the paprika and so on.

I add it to mushroom stroganoff for protein.

I have it in a wrap with whatever you have to throw in: grated carrots, cucumber, kimchi, peppers, coleslaw, etc.
