Can anyone give me some snack recommendations that are coeliac friendly? I'm not talking fruit skewers or chop up a watermelon, I'm talking things like pom bears and proper sweet and salty popcorn type snacks. It is for a picnic and would like for there not to be everything suitable for a coeliac and good, fun food too not just the obvious GF bread for sandwiches or GF biscuits. Any suggestions or good finds?

I really like the Love Corn salted corn. M&S do really good Rocky Road bites in sharer tubs.

M and S range is good. The Eat Real vegetable sticks are nice too.

There will be a Free From section in most supermarkets, where you can find many good snacks. There will also be lots in the general crisps area. Anything that has the crossed grain symbol, or that states 'gluten free' on it will be suitable.

GF brownies, shortbread- style biscuits, and choc chip cookies are usually good. Nairn GF choc chip oaty biscuits are lovely for dunking. Mrs Crimbles Coconut Macaroons are GF. I'm particularly partial to the ones with a chocolate base.

Schar pretzels are good. Nairn GF cheese oatcakes. Nairn GF wholegrain crackers. Manomassa tortilla chips are GF, as are many other tortilla chips. Love Corn ( the pink sweet and salty ones are my faves). Pombears

Cheese strings. Mini Babybels. Fresh berries.
