Don't usually buy pork, bought it for a recipe only to find I don't have one of the key ingredients and it needs eating up. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks

Mushrooms, tagliatelle, brandy, shallots and creme fraiche?

TigerFeet · 30/06/2008 18:30

I like pork just seasoned and grilled - those George Forman style grills do a great job with pork. Serve with mustard mash and roast vegetables (butternut squash, mushrooms, courgettes, bell peppers, red onion, garlic with rosemary & thyme), mmmmmmmmmmm
