Nigella - has anyone made the sausages with onion and cider gravy?

From her Feast book.
Looks pretty straightforward. I need something relatively simple for a small mid week gathering.
The recipe says it doesn’t make much gravy so I might double up.

No I haven’t but I highly recommend this! I allow more sausages per person though! 😋

Thank you. I always like a recipe that’s been tried and tested!

I've made the Delia one too - it's very good.

I've made both and they're both good.

Thanks for the replies. I tried the Nigella version. I wasn’t overly keen on the gravy - it didn’t have much flavour. I added extra salt and pepper and garlic but still disappointing. Finally I added onion gravy granules which made it better.

I made this last night as I couldn't get the Nigella one, I don't have the book it's in and it's not available online, and it went down really well. I used Sainsburys ttd Cumberland sausages, as my dh likes them, and Richmond sausages, as my dd likes them, but I think I would use good sausages next time as they weren't quite right I felt. We had it with mash and some boiled broccoli and cauliflower
