Out of date dried pasta

Exciting post klaxon!! 😄
How far out of date is too far out of date? I have several packs of unopened, dried pasta. Gluten free if it makes a difference. How much past the bb date would you consider still using it? I’ve looked at one pack so far and it has 06/22 on it, others are likely similar. If it was just ordinary pasta (flour, water) then I’d probably not worry too much. But these are a mix of rice, corn, quinoa pastas (not all in the same one necessarily). Wondering whether to just throw away, tho seems a waste. Thank you.

If they've been stored unopened in a cool dry place and have no obvious pest damage I'd use them. You need to look out for packaging that's been gnawed by mice and infestations of flour beetles, so once you opened the pack, decant into a jar with a proper seal, I'm not keen on plastic boxes as rodents are quite capable of making holes to gain access.

Thank you. Yes, as far as I can tell all packets are fully intact and have been stored in a cupboard, where they were just forgotten about as I just stopped eating pasta. I wasn’t sure whether the other flours/ingredients in the gf stuff would “age” differently from just the normal single flour (water) ingredient in normal pasta. I guess there’s only one real way to find out really!
