I'm looking for recommendations for vegetarian sausages that are not made of Quorn or other fake meats. Thank you!

Aldi red onion ones are pretty good. Depends though if you want vegetable sausages or meat like sausages. I am not a vegetarian but live with one, I don’t like the meat style ones.

Gosh! do some good ones

The sainsburys shroomdog ones are good - I think they are called something else now but basically made of mushrooms. Glamorgan sausages are easy to make too

Do you mean like a glamorgan sausage..morrisons used to do amazing ones.. but haven't seen any of these anywhere for a long time.
Current favorites in this house are the Aldi meat free ones from the freezer (box of 6)

These ones?

Sainsbury's Plant Pioneers Chorizo Style Shroomdogs 280g

I could barely eat them - and am not overly fussy. The are full of palm oil too.

There are some interesting youtube videos about making sausages from chickpeas and lentils, looks labourious but tasty. You make them into literal sausages with skins due to the way you bake and boil them. I really want to try them

I tried the LM but they were very salty.
