I would like to eat the mixture of food that I already have in the freezer and cuboards, it is a mixture though and wondered if anyone has some ideas for the week.

8 portions of chicken thighs froozen
4 yorkshire puddings
1 bag of butter beans froozen
1 bag of mixted vegtables (sweetcoen, tiny broc, peas etc)
1 bag of french beans
2 blocks of ice cream
2 cod fillets
3 packets of pitta bread
2 packets of sausages

Thats the freezer contents

In my cuboard I have plenty of herbs, spices and condiments. Flour for bread, rice, noddles (5 mins plain style tea coffee.

Tinned tuna
Tinned pilchards
baked beans
Tinned tomato
2 jars pasta sauce
2 bags pasta

fridge

1 large jacket potato
several small potatos
tinned fruit
half a punnet of strawberries
fish sauce
sweet chilli sauce
jar thai curry paste

Have museli and cereal for this week only.

No cheese at all.

Have you some ideas for meals I could make over the next few days - possible week without shopping?

OK I would do...

Main Meals:

Sausage Pasta with tomato sauce
Thai Chicken Curry with some of the frozen veg in and rice

Snacky Meals:

Tuna Mayo Pittas
Potato Wedges and Beans

Pudding:

Tin fruit and ice-cream
Home made sponge - if you have ingredients!

Can prob think of some more - I'll be back!

you could make chicken in sweet chilli sauce? i usually use a bit of honey and garlic with it but i'm sure it's not essential.

thai fish curry - fish sauce, curry paste and fish.

pasta and sauce

sausage casserole - sausages, tin tomatoes, vegetables.

Thank you for the ideas, have got 2 tins of coconut milk in the cuboard aswell

Thai fish curry using the coconut milk and froozen vegtables and rice
Thai chicken curry (same as above) and rice
Sausages and half a jacket potato each, with beans
pitta pockets with tuna and mayo - loves this idea
Sausage, mash potato with gravy and yorkshire puddings
pasta with pasta sauce and tuna x 2

but wanting to use up the butter beans and like the idea of a dip - any one got a recipe? There will be some more butter beans left over - what else can I do with them? (why did I buy them in the first place??

Please help with the butter beans

Cook butter beans, mash roughly with a fork. Puree a clove of garlic and stir into the beans with a large dollop of natural yoghurt, a bit of lemon juice, a touch of chilli powder and plenty of salt and black pepper.
