What easy vegan foods can I cook in a small air fryer?

due to my worsening conditions i have been trying to ensure my home includes items that i can manage or make life easier. a lot of people say Air Fryers are the way to go quicker so help me cut standing time etc.
i bought a Tower 2litre model which i consider ideal for me on my own. But reading the booklet to see how to use it as i have never used one before i am very disappointed.
I am vegan and i do eat quite a few quorn sausages just the normal plain ones but it says do not do sausages in it as they are too greasy. all the other few things i eat there are no instructions those are
vegetable fingers or burgers
occasional items like rosti think that is the right name the potato things
cauliflower grills
things along this type of food

i am not worried about things like baked beans i can chuck in a microwave

I read somewhere that the basic rule was to air fry things 20% cooler & for 20% less time than the oven instructions & that’s worked for me so far.

I marinate tofu sometimes & fry it in there, & that works well too.

My DH likes Quorn sausages (I think they're awful, sorry!). They don,t seem to be fatty like a regular meat sausage which will leak fat while cooking. He fries them in oil on the hob, while meat sausages don't really need much oil.
i think if you just brushed them with oil it would be fine, maybe just try cooking one or two.
you don't need as much oil in an air fryer as frying in the hob (not that I'm an expert). I have done various veggie fritters in the a/f, such as onion bhajis, courgette fritters etc, and they work well.

We cook veggie sausages in the air fryer. You can basically cook anything you'd do in an oven in it. It is not a fryer, it is an oven with the heat element in the top. I do not put oil on them.

I put greaseproof paper in the bottom, making sure there are no flappy bits that go more than halfway up the sides, to catch any oil from sausages.

Anything that is solid and not liquid/needing water is ok, burgers, nuggets, tofu, chopped veg, bhajis, samosas, spring rolls, frozen chips, potatoes - sliced or diced or chipped or wedges or roast or baked.

It’s a small oven (air fryer is really the wrong name!) so you can cook anything you can make in an oven but it heats faster because it’s smaller. Try roasted vegetables, roasted tofu

Jacket potato!

You can definitely cook all of those things in there! Sausages included. Cook for less time than you would in an oven
