Ideas for an egg-free 18th birthday cake using sweets and mint chocolate

Random message for anyone that has creative ideas…. My partner’s daughter is 18 soon. She can’t eat egg & has a limited pallet for sweet items. We’re going out for a meal and I’d like to take something like a cake to celebrate at the end. She eats…. Tangtastics (haribo) any mint chocolate (after eights, mint choc orange, mint aero balls) Do any of you have any idea on how I can make a cake shape using these? With an added 18 in it somewhere?? Would it need to be 18 digit moulds filled with sweets or a cake shape filled with sweets. Just wondering if any of you have any suggestions. Thanks.

Basic (no bake) vanilla cheesecake swirled with melted after eights and half some of them into triangles to decorate the side?

You can make egg free cake with a box of cake mix and a can of fizzy drink. Google egg free soda cakes.

You could do a chocolare mix with a can of coke for the cake then make pepernint flavoured butter cream to coat it and decorate with after eights poked in the top.

Ive made this After Eight Mint Chocolate Tart before and it was gorgeously decadent! No eggs in sight!

After Eight Tart looks amazing @RockyBirdy

I’d make an eggless chocolate Swiss roll
Decorate with chocolate butter cream and mint chocolates. Get a 1 and 8 candles.
If ambitious attempt a biscuit face and choc feet. A minty Colin Caterpillar style!

Rocky Road is your friend here. You basically melt a couple of bars of chocolate and then throw in an assortment of sweets and biscuits, press it into a tin and leave to set in the fridge. You can find proper recipes online.
The birthday numbers would be simpler to just buy number candles.

Thank you for your suggestions. I didn’t add that this young lady will only eat what I’ve listed. She would t eat any of your delicious ideas! So it was really how I could present these items 😬😬

Aero balls slightly melted in a cake mould then immediately chilled to harden, turn them out then decorate, you could do a tiered cake using the after eight selection box rectangular chocolates to add some height (you probably need a few boxes!) , mint chocolate orange slices around the base on a cake board. Add some haribo for decoration (stick them on with melted chocolate). Buy an ‘18’ cake topper

@Littlesticklebrick
Sorry makes sense now I’ve re read your post. Does she have ARFID and if so will she want a “cake” or something that looks like one? Or eat her preferred foods if melted moulded or presented in a different way?
Your earlier idea of 18 moulds or craft numbers filled with her favourites might be best but I’d do it at home not in public.

You could make the after eights into mini boxes by sticking them together with a little melted chocolate. You could then fill these with her sweeties and add sparkler candles etc into all the different ones.

Ah I see.

In that case I suggest you buy a box of after eights and a bar of mint chocolate that you melt and use to carefully "glue" the after-eights into a tin-shape (you could use a cake tin as a support - once the melted choc has set you will have a nice round structure) which you can then fill with Tangfastics. Buy candles in the shape of 18 and use more melted chocolate to glue their bases to the middle of 2 more after-eights which can be placed on top of the Tangfastics.

So you want to make something shaped like that a cake, that isn't actually a cake using only mint aeros, after eights, tangfastics and NO OTHER sweet treat will do because she won't eat them?

Your powers of deduction are inspiring
