What meals can I eat for dinner while teeth whitening?

Help me wise Mumsnetters with suggestions of meals I can make for dinner while I’m doing three weeks of teeth whitening? All coloured foods and red meat are off the table. Breakfast is fine (Greek yoghurt with a banana) and lunch is manageable (chicken or cheese sandwich), but a proper dinner that DH can enjoy too is proving harder. So far we’ve had white fish with mashed potatoes and cauliflower one night, and roast chicken (I skipped the gravy) another. What else?!? (Boy do I miss carrots!)

Macaroni cheese?

Baked camembert with honey, garlic and hazelnuts, with some bread or toast. Is e.g. cucumber okay? Could you peel it? Maybe celery?

Fish cooked en papillote with white wine, garlic, Boursin. Could maybe also do this with fennel? Then eat with roasted new potatoes.

Make bubble and squeak maybe?

A leek and smoked haddock risotto - you can get smoked haddock that's not dyed yellow.

Stuffed baked potatoes. Mix the insides with spring onions, crème fraîche, black pepper and cheese.

Roasted chicken thighs with onions (I would usually do red but you could probably substitute white), baby potatoes, lemon zest. Top with a lemon zesty-yoghurty dip (usually I would do something with a tagine paste mixed with yoghurt but I think you could adapt with lemon juice, lemon zest and dill) and crumbled feta.

There must be more but those are the ones I can come up with off the top of my head.
