Fun and easy baking ideas for toddlers aged two and a half

I've invited my toddlers friend round to do some baking. What recipes would be fun and easy? I'm thinking a savoury, sugar cookies and some kind of cup cakes/muffins.
All suggestions welcome. Her mum will be there too. Ages 2.5 🙈

You're brave! Things I have tried with my grandchildren:
Rice crispy/cornflake cakes.
Pizza (bought bases) they help chop/prep toppings. I have kid friendly knives and wiggly slicers to make cute shapes which you can also use with cucumber/peppers etc for dips.
Flapjack.
Fruit crumble (they liked weighing the topping ingredients).

I'm not a baker by any stretch but I try anything I think my 2.5 year old would be interested in making. I weigh out ingredients in advance and have each one in individual bowls / jugs ready for her to pour into the mixing bowl and she gets stuck in with the whisk or whatever.

A few weeks ago we made vanilla cupcakes with rose petals in them and she loved picking the petals and using her knife to cut them. We've also recently made chocolate cake and spiced apple cake.

You're very brave getting another toddler round though 😂

At 2.5 years old I wouldn't really expect them to have a prolonged interest in the baking. Aiming for more than 1 thing is pretty ambitious in my opinion.

Keep it short and straightforward. Rice crispy cakes or pizza are a good idea.

They can stir the rice crispy mix or throw prepared toppings randomly on the pizza bases.

Crispy type cakes. Or make some cupcakes in advance, make icing and some things foe the kid to stick on top. Sweets/fruit/edible flowers etc. Maybe different coloured icing.

Or pizza bases with toppings to.select.

Just bake a load of cupcakes/muffins beforehand. Get the kids to apply different coloured icing if they have the dexterity or just the decorations if not. Everyone gets to eat one at the end.

Thank you everyone, great suggestions. We have the kids knife/cutter/chopping set in duplicate. I may have gone a bit mad when I suggested, by the time I finished the sentence I began to panic! I'm not a baker but my LO will help make basics cakes/muffins, cookies, crispies
I think mini pizzas and cupcakes they can decorate will be more than enough, thank you again for the suggestions. I'll do most of the measuring out before. Thank you all xxx

Just as an FYI, decorate your own cup cakes is a great party idea and they get to take them home in their party bags when they're older.
