Can I have your best veggie or bean burger recipe?

Just that plse.DS gone vegetarian and I want to make some tasty homemade burgers.

I don’t have a recipe, but when I make vegetarian burgers I use sweet potato , black beans and red onion with breadcrumbs and sometimes some oats. Sometimes I pané them in egg and breadcrumbs if not for a vegan. They go well with sweetcorn salsa. I spice them with smoked paprika and cumin and chopped parsley or coriander.

Honestly Healthy in a Hurry has a good one using butternut squash and quinoa

I do the BBC good food one with sweet potato and black beans. Probably similar to the one above, it’s really tasty
