I don’t have one - and want to make one for lunch.
whats your go to - I have well stocked pantry of herbs and spices - oils - various beans and lentils - salads etc.

i really don’t want boiled egg in it - not a huge fan of paprika - would like it to last a couple of days in fridge too.

This spicy tuna and butterbean salad is good. I tend to add sweetcorn, peppers and sweetcorn to up the veg a bit.

I don't have one either, but if I was going to make one, I'd probably do tuna, cannellini beans, chopped up salad veg and a dressing that was either red wine vinegar/oil or maybe something mustardy. I'd add lettuce too because I like it.

This isn’t a tuna salad strictly speaking, but I flake through tuna and it becomes one. Lasts beautifully in the fridge for up to 5 days if you hold off on the dressing until ready to eat.

White Bean Tabbouleh Salad

White Bean Tabbouleh Salad has all the freshness and flavour of tabbouleh, with bulgur switch for beans to make it more substantial!

Not a recipe as such, but I like the tins of mixed Salad beans. Make a vinaigrette
base of leaves
beans on top, chopped red onion and cucumber
chopped red pepper and then top with Tuna. I personally do like a dollop
of good mayo and then a further sprinkle of red onion slices…

Another 'not a recipe as such' but I use tuna in olive oil and add whatever beans or chick peas are available - about half a tin of tuna and a similar amount of beans would be a portion.

Add lemon juice and perhaps something like sherry (or red wine/balsamic) vinegar, salt and pepper. Then things like chopped pepper, tomato, red onion, maybe some chives, dill and/or parsley. Serve with lettuce and cucumber (leaving this separate until you're ready to eat will mean it lasts longer) and maybe a toasted pitta.

Not really a recipe but thrown together for lunch today. Greek yoghurt, Dijon mustard, tuna, cannellini beans, chopped olives and red onion. Very nice.

I usually do this with bulgur rather than beans. Add lots of diced cucumber, a finely chopped chili pepper, parsley/coriander, and whatever tomatoes I've got on hand. To switch this over to a bean salad I'd go for borlotti (pinto) and/or cannellini beans. Some crumbled feta would slso fit in.

lemon vinegar olive oil and salt works for me. you can add fresh herbs if you want

Didn’t end up making it after all but I will do - seems easy enough. I’m meant to be eating beans more (cholesterol) so… thanks again
