Can I freeze cooked mince that was frozen when raw?

Title says it all really.

I froze some mince and planned to use it over two days. However it wasn't quite defrosted last night, so all needs using today.

So if I make a lasagne and a spag bol from it, could I freeze one to use later?

I do this and we are still alive.

yep

I do it all the time. So long as the dish is heated again properly there should be no problem.

Yes, definitely ok. Think of the Rule Of One - you can freeze once when raw then once when cooked. Can reheat once only as well.

Brill, thanks all

Bolognese layered with sheets of pasta and bechamel sauce (or creme fraiche mixed with parmesan) and topped with cheese. I'll try and find a proper recipe when the monkeys are in bed if you like.
