I've made an Apricot Fruit Loaf

I can't do cream & I have run out of Ginger

So what else? Maybe something individual?

Any Ideas?

How many people? What time of day? How many children vs adults? What facilities do you have on site?

KatyMac · 26/06/2008 08:27

Just cakes/biscuits

Making them to sell

No facilities on site - just a table (& maybe a table cloth )

Will biscuits be fresh still of Saturday

How about muffins? Easy to do and you can vary the theme - dark chocolate, white chocolate, fruit etc

Or big cookies - they're supposed to be soft aren't they?

How about Brownies - all our kids love 'em. Also agree cookies are good - white chocolate and dried cranbury .

What boat do you sail?

Flapjack is good too (we also mix in old end of packet cereal so makes interesting flavours) - also if you do a fruit cake type recipe just tray bake in shallow tin, cooks quicker and you can slice up like a Mr Kipling job.

Hmm

I made a Jamaican Ginger Cake as well

I guess I may do Toffee Crispie Cakes

I'm not feeling inspired tbh I'd really rather not bother
