How do you like your hot naan bread - crispy, floppy or a bit of both? I usually opt for a bit of both, but sometimes go the whole crisp.

The back should be crisp (the side touching the tandoor) the top should be soft. Unless they’ve been sat in plastic they shouldn’t be floppy.

I live in the middle of nowhere so I don’t have takeaway. I make my naan fluffy and soft with lots of butter and garlic. I don’t really care how authentic that is.
