Using up Branston pickle

Wondering if anyone has any non-toastie type recipes to use up my glut of jars of Branston pickle - several have somehow accumulated in the cupboard.
Recipes online seem to focus on variations of a toastie.
Can anyone recommend some recipes with eg chicken or something barbecue-like to put in the oven?
Don’t really want to make millions of sandwiches, toasted or otherwise.

Take one jar of pickle, one teaspoon, sit down in front of the TV. Undo lid of the jar, eat direct with spoon.

Lovely with sausages.

Just have with barbecued meat, any type.

Deskin sausages into a bowl and mix in the Branson, maybe some extra herbs or mustard or some breadcrumbs. Lay onto a sheet of jusrol puff pastry in a strip along the middle. Make horizontal cuts along the two sides and cross them over like a sausage lattice. Cook and serve with salad and lots of coleslaw. Giant sausage roll with a kick.

I always put a big tablespoonful into a stew or casserole, or even a bit in shepher'ds pie.

And you win a prize if you get a tiny onion.

Isn't it basically chutney? I've pureed chutney with a bit of oil to make a marinade/glaze for chicken.

I like it with scrambled eggs on toast.

These sound awesome! I had a fantastic cheese and pickle sourdough a while back from a specialist bakery, so keen to try some scones.

Gordon Ramsay’s shepherds pie with Branston is good and easy; maybe a bit hearty in a heatwave though.

Good tablespoon or two of chutney in a home made curry.

Also nice in a filo tart with Camembert, Brie or feta.

They really are very tasty! I tend to use the smaller chunk sandwich pickle.

Years ago, my friend and I used to make a tuna pasta dish with branston pickle - I think it was pasta, mayonnaise, grated cheese and branston pickle. Surprisingly nice.

Nooooo! Oh my. I think some of us like Branston Pickle far more than others.

I thought of putting some on top of the sausage meat in a sausage roll.

The ploughman's tart sounds very good, one for a meat free Monday dinner.

I know you asked for non sandwich based suggestions, but I tend to have it in a sort of toastie, only the bread is toasted, left to go cold (my preference) then buttered, spread with the Branston and top with grated cheese and the other slice of buttered toast. Very simple and less greasy than when it's all toasted together.

I probably wouldn't worry about using the jars up though as it does seem to last forever. Unless you have many and need the cupboard space. You could give some to a food bank.

Make a beef cobbler and add Branston to the cobble mix.
Make scones and add cheese and Branston to the dough. You might need to chop the Branston up a bit.
No toast involved.
Add to curries, casseroles, soups and stews.
Add to cheese sauce for cauliflower cheese.
