Pot roast beef in a pressure cooker

I like to cook roast beef using the pressure cooker as it's so tender, plus involves a shorter cooking time. However, I hate the process of browning the outside at the beginning and I would also like to get the outside crispier at the end.

Can I crispen up the outside in the oven after cooking in the pressure cooker?

I saw one suggestion to grill it at the end but I didn't feel too sure about that.

You could try putting it under the crisper in the oven and see. How are you going to hold it together when you transfer it from the pressure cooker to the oven?
