Low residue eating

I'm having to follow a low reside diet. Does anyone have any interesting dishes I could make?

I usually eat lots of curries and flavourful meals so this is going to be difficult for me.

I don't eat fish, other than tuna from a can !

What about various dishes based on chicken and rice, or chicken and peeled potatoes? Are you allowed some butter or cream?

This might be a good opportunity for scaled back versions of classic British dishes like creamed chicken on white rice.

Also you can use a high quality tinned tuna to make a simple pate with butter, lemon, S&P. etc. It is good on white toast or water biscuits.

In fact, if you can find a collection of Old Fashioned British Recipes, it may contain a number of recipes that are suitable as they are, or with slight modification.

Best wishes, OP

I know it sounds dull! Perhaps you can have some hot spices? My understanding is that herbs count as fibre.
