George Foreman grill timings

I've been given one, no manual and the website is crap.
I've got lamb steaks to cook, I'd usually fry 15-20 minutes - rare for me, done for DH.
The heat is on or off, my instinct is 8-10 minutes.

They're too expensive to spoil, help please!

And is there a website that gives timings for various foods?
