what is the best way to cook them?
Going to be having them with chips and egg (of course ) - but not sure how to do them best?
I would (automatically( just stick them under the grill until they "looked" about done.
But given that I didn't buy these Gammon steaks, and the Sirloin Steaks that were bought the other day (also not by me) I managed to chargrill on one side - I really don't want to stuff them up.
