Best batch-cook ideas for a dozen chicken breasts

I randomly have a tray of a dozen chicken breasts in my fridge - rather than separate and freeze them I would love to batch cook something that could do a couple of meals for my quite large family. I would then happily freeze some of that. What would you do with them?

I'd make a Marry Me chicken pie filling to add separate pie crusts to later (I just use a large cookie cutter and cook them separately).
And maybe garlic chicken chunks that you can then add to noodles or rice vegetables later

I'd do a big batch pulled chicken that you could make into burritos, tacos or enchiladas or on a mexican inspired taco salad or burrito bowl (www.seriouseats.com/chicken-tinga-spicy-mexican-shredded-chicken-recipe) or you could do a homestyle chicken stew (https://simplehomeedit.com/recipe/homemade-chicken-stew/)

Curry would be a no brainer for that situation in this house

Sadly @Pinkbus only half of us would eat it

You could freeze cooked chicken breasts, and use them in different ways.

We like to keep just plain cooked chicken around. It typically shred it and freeze it in 1/2 cup portions.

or put a meals
worth in a bag with your favorite marinade and freeze. Lay it flat so it thaws easier.

Make a base by cooking with eg onions, garlic, herbs and tomato sauce, seasoning. Freeze in portions.

(iI personally wouldn’t add peppers and mushrooms as I don’t like the way they freeze and would rather add later)

Serve with pasta & grated Parmesan (or add anything else you’ve got to make it more substantial - eg bacon, peas, freshly cooked peppers, mushrooms.)

FajitasFry up peppers and mushrooms, add slightly drained chicken mix (reserve juices for if it looks too dry). Optionally add a little chilli powder/Fajota spices/crushed chillies to serve) Serve in wraps optionally witb sour cream or yoghurt

Use as a lasagne filling (you might want to chop the chicken a bit for this )

Paella (optionally add prawns or seafood mix)

Red thai curry with rice, enchiladas, lemon chicken with rice, spanish chicken with potatoes, chicken kabsah kind of, just pan fried nd frozen for future use.
All of these are standard in my freezer
