apples, bananas, carrot sticks (buy the ready chopped ones if you can't prep them yourself) & hummus, popcorn (the proper corn multi packs bags are 44 calories a bag and it's a decent portion), light babybels, allow yourself a sweet treat too but just in moderation - most of the mini biscuit packs are under 100 calories if you can stick to just 1 packet!

The obvious answer is to stop snacking , have you tried low carbing as after a few days you stop feeling the urge to snack . WRT healthy snacks hard boiled eggs can be managed one handed , fruit ( if you are not low carb ) , nuts .

Have you got the money to buy aids? There are sooooooo many to help.

If not, is it specifically 'snacks' or also meals?

Snack, boiled eggs (you can peel them in inventive ways!), a FEW nuts, cherry tomatoes, apples.

Get an egg bite maker. They are amazing!

Get whoever is opening the chocolate for you to stop.

I'm disabled and cant exercise i lost 5 stone by diet alone. The things that helped were calorie counting, meal planning and an online shop.
If I dont have it in the house I cant eat it and i cant get to the shop to get it.
For snacks I have some small boxes (good way to portion control without weighing everything) that I make up with grapes or berries, crackers, dried fruits etc or have fruit, sugar free jelly, yoghurt drinks or hummus and bread sticks.
I input my calories for the following day and stick to that. I always leave 100 calories free so if im peckish in the evening I have enough for some fruit such as a small banana, 2 satsuma or a box of grapes.

Eat only at mealtimes. Cut out the snacks.

Do you like things like pickles or olives or beetroot if someone decanted some for you?
