Pizza Express chilled dough

I've never used this before, just opened the packet & the inner cellophane packet is blown up like a balloon.
Does anyone know if it's usually like this, please ?

yes it is, it is dough with yeast in so it does expand.

It says not suitable for freezing, but I bought it for 3 & now there's only me, so I'm going to try it.
Not sure whether raw or cooked would work ? I'm thinking just the dough, not topped.

You mean, cook the dough bases and then freeze them?

Sounds good to me, assuming you wrap them ok.
