Which Dairy Book of Home Cookery recipes do you use regularly?

Over the years I have seen many foodie MNers recommend The Dairy Book of Home Cookery. I have the 90s edition but never really use it and feel I may be missing out. Can you share the recipes you repeatedly cook from the book/those that work well? Thanks!

My favourite recipe to use up the rest of the turkey at Christmas.

Chicken Myers and chicken cacciatore are my go to recipes from here. Made a lot from the biscuits and baking sections and all usually turn out ok.
