Can I have one too, please? I am going it alone having been successful at SW classes in the past. Lost 4 lbs in my first week, went on holiday and stayed the same then 2 lbs last week. Always looking for inspiration.

Anyone trying to figure out SW without going to class - I recommend you buy one of their monthly magazines. They give you the general principles and some good ideas to get started.
