Ideas for using brioche buns

I have used brioche buns for burgers, but I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for other ways of using them, e.g. any good sandwich fillings.

Sliced in bread and butter pudding

For breakfast with Nutella.

You could use them for french toast.

excellent with ice cream.
