High protein, lowish carb meal prep ideas for the week

Has anyone got any suggestions for high protein lowish carb recipes I can meal prep for a week?

So far I've tried beef stew, cottage pie, chilli. These have worked well but I've gone off them a bit.

I don't like pork, sausages, bacon, fish other than white fish. I can tolerate a little chicken but it needs to be fairly disguised.

I like eggs.

I really like to do a big batch of meatballs/koftas and prepare salady bits separately. So I'll have a couple of koftas with lots of salad and some tzatziki and hot sauce. Burgers in lettuce wraps on a similar vein. Taco meat with salad l, guacamole and salsa. Stuffed peppers. Meatloaf with cauliflower mash and some greens, I usually make a mushroom cream sauce which I store in a separate container. Egg roll in a bowl is another I had a lot when I was on keto, it's basically mince and spices with coleslaws mix ( cabbage,carrots , onions etc) and some Asian seasonings.

A frittata or egg muffins are an obvious choice and are easy to make in batches to grab in the morning. I quite like to do them Indian or Mexican style as I like big flavours. I know you said you don't like chicken or sausages but my favourite breakfast was 2 boiled eggs and heck chicken sausages for dunking in the yolk.
