This morning I took a roll of frozen puff pastry out of the freezer

I don't need it until tommorrow now. How long can I keep it in the fridge for?

I don't know what the official answer is, but I'd personally be happy to use it tomorrow. Take it out of the fridge 30 mins or so before you want to roll/use it to let it come to room temp.

48 hours I reckon.

Well, I've done it for that amount of time and it was OK.
