What to buy instead of a remoska

My remoska has broken, the handle is virtually off and it doesn't heat up, I've only had it two and a bit years but the guarantee was only one year (I bought it direct from Remoska).
I'm really fed up because I loved cooking with it at home and in our campervan.
Can anyone recommend a cheaper alternative, as I'm not sure I would buy another, I don't feel confident in the build quality.
We use it for: baked potatoes, roast potatoes, roast veg, pies, lasagna, fish, pizza. We don't eat meat and I don't want to roast a chicken or cook oven chips and nuggets etc.
I've been looking at electric skillets/frying pans but I'm not sure if they can be used to bake or roast things like veg or lasagna etc.
Any suggestions or recommendations welcome. Thanks.

I've got one of these. I have a remoska, which I like, but I found in our campervan it took so long, we use a jacket thing to cook on electric, via solar panels. This gadget is great for 2 people, it cooks at two temperatures, 200 and up watts, (there are 2 sizes) and also has a steamer, heats up in seconds, so easy on the electric. I don't take the Remoska now, just this, I find it more versatile, it's smaller (our van is only a MWB van, so it suits us better.

Yes, I have the 1.5L. We have a solar panel on the roof, and we take a Jackery battery. We wild camp, but also go on campsites. We used to take the Remoska, but it does take up a lot of room, our van is small. Plus it takes ages to heat up, and you have to be careful where you put the hot lid.
the Aude is smaller than the Remmy, heats up in a minute, and has a steamer. Plus after cooking a wipe out with paper towel cleans it. It will take a small pizza, so we eat one between us while the second is cooking. It will take two fried eggs. Curries etc are easy, rice or veg in the steamer.
on balance I would have got the 1.7 but when I bought it that size didn't have a steamer.
I use it at home too, as well as the remmy, but I definitely prefer it in the van.
