Hi there
Has anyone got a recipe similar to the one that Neal's Yard Bakery uses for their fantastic Fruit and Nut bars? (as seen here )
They have a consistency like old fashioned bread pudding and are very healthy.
No sugar, no wheat and no dairy.
Anyone got anything like this?
