Can I share this insanely good, but so simple, brunch idea. I had it in a restaurant in Mallorca and have been obsessed with it ever since,
Toasted rye bread (or use the Ryvita rye if lazy like me).
Spread a thin layer of tahini over the rye.
Top with avocado, crumbled feta and pomegranates.
Thank me later as it is bloody delicious!
