Er, can I cook sausages then freeze, then defrost and reheat?

Iit all the time cook 4 packets of sausages at a time, and 5lb of potaotes, which i mash (dont add butter and milk till you reheat, it goes soggy if not) with steam fresh micro veg it can be a emergency meal in 10 mins.
