Can I cook frozen sausages then reheat?

Thanks to everyone who gave me potato ideas for my 80s party - we had a try out tonight. Next q: can I cook sausages then freeze, defrost say Fri night then heat Sat eve, or am I better cooking them on the day?
Many thanks.
Also, is it OK to assemble lasagne/veg lasagne on Fri then refrigerate till Sat??

Yes to both!
I cook sausages then re heat with no probs.
I've also done lasagne day before too.

yes to both

also, if you assemble the lasagne and then leave it overnight it will need much less cooking on the day as the pasta sheets will have absorbed the juices making them go soft.

Thank you - just getting in a bit of a flap as there seem to be lots of people coming and I'd actually like to look unfrazzled at the party if possible!

Ditto on the sausage front I cook them and then reheat and no food poisoning here. I'd definitely assemble lasagna day before but ideally I wouldn't cook it in the oven till the day.

I do the same all the time, i even eat cold sausages up to 48 hours after they've been cooked! (prob not the best thing to do tho!...)

heres some more info on the frozen food front:
