I'm sitting here waiting for it to cook.

I want to go to bed. Do I really have to wait for it to cool before putting it in the fridge, or can I either

A) leave it in out in the kitchen and put it in the fridge tomrrrow morning
or

b) put it straight in the fridge from the oven

the raw mixture was indeed delish, but you'll have to wait until tomorrow before i can tell you about the rest

I am pleased, I have always fancied the look of that cheesecake.

How was it moodlum?

Sorry - I disappeared off mn for a few days.

It was good. A bit dry, i think. And don't follow her instruction to drizzle the chocolate glaze over it - I'd keep it separate. AND - really wait for it to warm up a bit from the fridge when serving it, otherwise you'll end up chiselling the base off the cake tin when you're serving it. This is especially true if you've drunk rather a lot of white wine, as you will wake up in the morning and realise that one of your lovely no stick springform cake tins has been ruined
