Fresh Chocolate

Hi all,
Any ideas of where I can buy proper fresh chocolate, other than Russell & Atwell?
I do like the R&A products but was after actual chocolates or chocolate bars, rather than truffles.

Any artisanal type producer really, there’s a few small businesses that show them making their own bars and chocolates on TikTok but I’ve never really taken notice of their names, but some suggestions of companies below from Google.

Thanks, but some of the artisan chocolate still contain preservatives.

I've tried Brecon. Though handmade, they don't appear to be fresh chocolates.
I can only find Russell & Attwell. There's a big gap in the market!

Have you tried Laderach chocolate?
