What's for lunch today?

I've defrosted a pack of M&S organic chicken mince which was a yellow sticker purchase - chicken mince is a first for me I think. Will probably make kofte of some sort!

What are you having?

No recipe unfortunately, I usually blanch the cauliflower just for a couple of minutes add chopped red onions, then dust with ground cumin, garlic granules, rock salt and a sprinkle of nigella seeds. Spread over a baking tray and spray with oil, pop into a hot oven until all nicely browned. Serve on a bed of mixed leaves with chopped celery, cucumber and apple. I dress with a drizzle of raita.

Going out for tapas which is a rare treat.

Had harissa yoghurt dip on the side

Served with caulirice and smacked cucumber 😊

Couldn't you just put the cucumber on the naughty step ?

Today is a "good lunch" day... had cottage pie and cabbage last night, so having cheesy leftovers for lunch today...

chop up the cottage pie (which has set in the fridge), spread chunks out in a dish, mix in the leftover cabbage, (usually have half cabbage half cottage pie) top with grated cheese - best is one of those 4 cheeses grated in a bag - some tasty, some stretchy - and heat in the oven til the cheese is crispy on top, gooey under. Serve with HP sauce. I am looking forward to it soooo much!
