My favourite kind of harisssa and I can’t seem to find it anywhere any more! Even the Belazu website doesn’t have it. Does anyone know where you can still get it?

Never had this but it sounds amazing.
Currently obsessed with the Ottolenghi pomegranate, rose and lemon harissa.

I've bought it at Waitrose (the Belazu one) but my favourite thing ever is Ottolenghi's pomegranate rose lemon harissa, I'm also obsessed @WandaMaximoff

We bought some recently in Waitrose. But not that recently (a couple f months ago.)

It is delicious.

It's in stock online at Culinaris but £8 delivery, making a £3 pot of harissa £11. Though the delivery price might stay the same if you buy in bulk, bringing the price down.

I've been looking for the apricot one for months. But it seems they've discontinued it. I'm gutted. It was my favourite 😥

Just ordered one of these. Apart from marinating fish/veg what do you do with it?

Among other things, if I'm doing a buffet with dips, I just swirl some on top of a bowl of strained greek yoghurt. That also works well as a side with grilled chicken/kebabs.

That sounds good! I like the sour cherry Belazu one too.

Yes, I think that's one of the sites I've seen it on, and the delivery cost did put me off!

Oh, and it hasn't been on Waitrose's website for ages, although I don't know about in-store.

Saw them but it's not at all clear how you order things for delivery.

You’ll have to have a bash at making it 👍🏻

Nooo, it's easy! Nigella has a recipe for it in Cook, Eat, Repeat - you just whizz together chilies, spices and apricots to make a paste with olive oil and store in a jar, or freeze in an ice cube tray. Recipe here: https://yearsofpractice.com/2021/01/30/squid-prawns-with-harissa/ (ignore the squid bit and skip down to the harissa recipe)

Squid & prawns with harissa

We tried this out for the first time back in Tarleton Gardens, after I received a copy of Sam & Sam Clark’s book Casa Moro for Christmas 2004. It’s a wonderfully simple and quick re…

Nigella Lawson does a recipe for it which is dead easy and keeps well in the fridge

ConstanzeMozart · 30/03/2026 16:42

Yeah, making stuff like that isn't really my scene, much as I do love Nigella (and indeed apricot harissa)!

Usually on Salmon or Chicken or stirred through Shakshouka
