I'll start...
I visited Sainsbury's yesterday and they currently have(that I saw, but I'm sure they have more):

JS milk - 6 pints x two for £3.00, saving £1.24. I freeze it.
JS milk - 4 pints x two for £2.00, don't know the saving as I don't buy it.
Primula cheese spread two for £2.00, save 18p. Ds likes this in pack up and it doesn't go off as quickly as ham.
JS unfragranced baby wipes 80's - BOGOF, so two packs for £1.09.
Kingsmill white bread, buy two for £1.60, saving 58p.
Harvest grain baps(packs of six)buy three packs for £1.00, saving 77p.
JS basic wheat bisks are at normal price of 75p and Ds says they are fine in taste though slightly smaller, so he has an extra one and they are hugely cheaper than even the normal JS weetabisks(even though they've just gone up 5p). Tesco and Asda also do them.

Boots have got their Expert baby wipes on BOGOF at the moment, and I think they've got Pampers on 2 packs for £16.

Oops - just realised this on the Food board, and I don't think wipes and nappies really count as food !!!

It's still a shopping essential/bargain, so I think it'll be ok

Sainsbury Basics

1. Bag of mixed snacks (not crisps, although they do Basic crisps as well) 49p for 12 bags

1. Shower gel (not food but a bargain!) 10p

What is the 10p shower gel like? do you recommend it?

Have just used the shower gel for the first time this morning. Nice appley/melony fragrance, quite jelly like (good, as it doesn't run everywhere and you don't use too much). It lathered well and seemed to do the job.

If I break out in boils and have a sudden outbreak of thrush I'll let you know!

I got some lovely Yeo Valley ice-cream in waitrose - normally £3.29 but doing 2 for £5.

tesco bogof raspberrys £2.99, they are edible aswell.

Boots do a shower gel for 59p, it's good. They have - or they did yesterday - Soft and Gentle anti- perspirant for 74p.

loose peppers are down to 35 pence form 88 pence i believe at tesco's

Sainsbury have two chickens(not free range)for £6.00.
Chicken breasts two packs of 4 breasts for £6.00.
