Love sourdough but dont time the time for the mumtiple cycles of raising and kneadingā¦
so this is my recioe for a french baguette. It is good but i am looking to imrpove it, maybesomeone can help. It is a bit too compact, not airy enough.
5g of yeast (i use alinson easy yeast)
150gr of water
mix for one minute
add 250gr of bread flour (mariage)
5g salt
rest for one hour
knead for a bit
make two baguettes
rest for another hour
cook
how can i improve it ? Many thanks
