Bread flour - alternative for Leatheringsett Mill

They made fabulous flour and the mill broke down so dont anymore - it was 'improver' free and sat well in my tummy (I have lots of allergies and intolerances)

Im looking for a good substitute - has anyone found an improver free bread flour?

Haves browse on Hodmedodds site. They sell flour, bread and pulses etc.

Exactly what I was about to say! I don’t make bread but am obsessed with Hodmedod’s selection of flours for other baking.

Pulses and soup mixes are fab. Recipes on the site too.

It seems to all be wholemeal, I can deal with that I need plain white - unless I missed it somehow?
