Undercooked chicken

Just had a chicken royale meal at burger king (long chicken burger) and got to the end and noticed this. How likely am I to get food poisoning? I have 2 small kids to look after, really hope I will be ok.

It doesn’t look not cooked in the picture. Was it cold and jelly-like? Even if you eat raw chicken it doesn’t necessarily mean food poisoning.

That doesn't look at all pleasant, but I think you are highly unlikely to get food poisoning if you are a reasonably young and healthy person.

It looked jelly like but the burger was hot

Doesnt look uncooked, just looks like the dark red bits you get sometimes in chicken, sometimes very pink.
