I think we need to try one of these again. I’m too knackered and OH too clueless about creating meals and we’re struggling.

can anyone recommend the best one for our needs?

i need a low carb/high protein option and the kids are fussy (eg nothing too spicy) so we need something pretty simple.

any advice would be much appreciated

Mindful chef a good but possibly not for kids.

Gousto have a ton of options and there are usually 60% off your first month vouchers to be found online.

Instead of meal prep boxes will still need to be prepared and cooked try the aldi meal planner app. It helps you plan for the week and makes a shopping list for you.

My friend uses hers most of the time and it saves ger a fortune, plus no massive amounts of packaging to dispose of.

We use mindful chef and it's really helped the range of our diet. They're also really tasty. I've enjoyed discovering some new recipes. We had Roast Barramundi with Coconut Black Rice & Stir-fried Veg tonight and it was bloody delicious
